You gave
http://192.168.0.1:168/printers/epson in your first email,
168 instead of 631. Have a look in /etc/cups/cups.conf to see the
address there.
less /etc/cups/cups.conf in a terminal window and look for http: line

I do not use my printer with windows so ipp:// works for me though I
believe I have used http:/ in the past. I do find printing is often a
problem in Linux.
