At the risk of stating the obvious, it's horses for courses. Like Damian,
I bought an Acer Aspire One, and I think it's great - but I wouldn't use
it as my only computing platform. I do, however, use it more than I
thought I would (I often use it for sofa surfing instead of my bigger,
heavier Thinkpad).
