Hi folks,
I have Gnome Visual Effects set to "Normal" but every so often it will
switch to "None" for no apparent reason. Usually happens when I am
running Eclipse or editing a big photo in GIMP and I try to switch
between virtual desktops. I assume these apps use up all my RAM and the
system is just a bit slow.
Is there a way to stop it automatically changing like this? I don't care
if it is a bit slow sometimes because 99% of the time it works perfectly
well!
