Assuming you can get online somehow (wired network?)..

Can you run this command:-

sudo lshw > ~/hardware.txt

sudo apt-get install pastebinit

pastebinit ~/hardware.txt

This will paste information about your hardware (including the network
card) to a public pastebin and give you a url. Give us that url and we
can take a look.
