you get the equivalent of an analogue TV picture which hasn't been quite

happily pay for something that works. With umpteen DVDs and a smaller

Have tried dvd_backup ?
it comes ubuntu. Has lots of options.
Also dvd_archive, written by me and does the equivalent of dd but for Dvd
videos. Only available on github, and needs a bit of polish.
