Internally, we've running Sugar and are reasonable happy with it. The
customer account is the centre of its universe. Everything hangs off
that. It doesn't have the best trouble reporting/tracking system. I no
experience with its e-mail campaign. It's there, but I can't comment
weather it good, bad, or indifferent.
