I am not sure I believe that this is the case. A corporate may have a hundred laptops and install them all with the same key. That key
may well be "genuine" (i.e. came on a sticker from Microsoft) but it being installed on multiple computers doesnt make it any less
legitimate in my opinion. Indeed I don't believe such a machine or machines would fail WGA.
