Thanks Chris - FASCINATING reading! It's amazing what rights consumers
have these days. Pity Dabs though, for example it doesn't seem too
much to ask us to get a returns number but I see even that is
considered an 'onerous requirement' and now they can only REQUEST
that you get one. And so on and on. I must say I buy loads of stuff
from Dabs and I've found them really good, even when things have had
to go back. Ah well...
