Sendmail will reject to unknown domains immediately, but not users as
it's a relaying server for a number of client domains, so has no way
to tell if a user exists without scanning/sending first :(

I'm only using Razor, but I think this is probably having a big impact on
performance... it does catch a lot of spam though! I will put dnscache on
each machine and see how it goes from there...
