Thanks again Samuel. I have just bought an iAudio U3 and have had it a
couple of days. So far I am very pleased with it though I have yet to
find how long the battery will last. I did not buy a mains charger
which I may regret if I take it on holiday without my laptop to charge
it. To buy the mains unit now would cost about £18 with postage. Will
there ever be a universal charger that will get rid of all those
chargers for portable devices?
