I would recommend James over the refurb place - FWICR thier "some
with warranties" is not exactly legal unless they jump through hoops.
I suspect if you bought a machine from them and it went bang you could
get your money back via the small claims using "fitness for purpose"
IANAL and FWICR,unless they specifically state it is "unfit for use"
then it has an implict warranty even if they say it does not!
Of course, this does not apply to James as he is a private seller.
But I would avoid any business trying to sell "some with warranties".
They are either clueless or cowboys!
