Nah. Never really got what it is that irritates some people about it.
One of those potahto/potato things.

Sounds familiar. I recall often encountering this kind of thing ("what
file do I edit, where?" - especially in comms/networking area. Partly
'cos things keep getting moved around between different
generations/distros.

Good that you got it sorted though.
