Erm... Do we??

I could name names of those who have been disenfrachised because the local
council made a real mess of the paperwork. :-( I don't even trust them as
far as I can see them, let alone further. But then I'm old and cynical. :-(

And no, I am not making a political comment, merely a comment on the frailties
of humanity.
