How about importing the track, cutting the right channel, copying the left
channel and pasting it in as the right, then exporting the track to mp3/ogg
?
Or, perhaps, import the track, cut the right channel, then export as a mono
track
(Trying to remove "hiss" is not quite as easy as it sounds, in my opinion)
