Hi Rob

On the Audio Track's drop down menu (the one at the start of the recording
itself, not on the main menu) there is an option to "split stereo track",
once split you can delete the bad channel, then highlight the remaining track
and go to Edit menu and choose "Duplicate", then from the drop down menu on
the new track choose "Right Channel", finally, from the drop down menu on the
original track choose "Make Stereo Track".

This will give you the Left channel's signal out of both speakers.
