So far I've found KDE to be a bit fiddley to use on the Eee, part of this
may be that I'm unfamiliar with it (being a Gnome/XFCE/IceWM sort of
person) but part of it is certainly due to the small screen and my dislike
for touchpads. I've customised the easy interface some and mostly prefer
to use that, only occasionally switching to KDE.

The cheapest I've seen them is 217 (185 ex. vat) but 235 (200 ex. vat)
seems to be most common, that's what I paid for mine through Overclockers,
though they did put the price up to 252 (215 ex. vat) before they sold
out. Now they are awaiting stock again (and accepting pre-orders) the
price has gone back down to what I paid.

Damn, maybe I should have bought more of them when I had the chance :)

They do seem to be in vogue at the moment, I wonder how long it will be
before the supply outstrips demand and suppliers actually manage to hold
stock for more than a few days.
