I don't think you are radical just you don't understand the grip M$ has
on suppliers. Everex are one of the first to actually ship Linux PCs so
we should be supporting that. As far as ISPs go, they are not going to
support Linux until sufficient numbers keep complaining to them. It is
still a long way to go to get suppliers to support Linux and will only
start when sufficient numbers are using Linux and boycotting the like of
Everex isn't going to help.

It is unlikely most people would buy a Linux PC so they can then load a
pirated copy of XP as they can buy one with XP/Vista and get their money
back anyway. Good luck to anyone trying to put XP on EEE PC anyway
because it will be slow and probably lack some drivers!
