[Hampshire] HD recorders with ethernet

Hi,

Does anyone know of a set top box type device that I can buy that
takes as input a RGB SCART, and stores the captured signal on a HD or
sends it via ethernet to a remote PC.
It then also plays back via a different SCART socket to the TV.
The remote PC in this case is of course a Linux box.
I would probably prefer the box to have no HD, as it will be quieter then.

Reason for need:
Record off Sky TV for later viewing.
