Slingbox might do it.

I did a similar thing (for freeview, but the theory holds adequately) with a
Desktop PC with a TV Card in it (and mythtv). I'm sure you could find a card
that handles RGB.

My current setup has a 1TB Raid 5 array in it, plus 200GB System drive
(doubles for tv recording) and DVD drive. It's not actually that noisy
(except when playing DVDs).
