I've seen wifi glitching in most places. We changed our 3com
officeconenct for a "proper" cisco wifi hoping that it would improve
matters. It doesn't appear to have made much difference.
I'm coming to the conclusion that:
a) too many people is bad
b) Skype is _so_ evil (look at output of etherape) that I think it
might be causing half the problems.
Unfortunately we currently use skype both internally and for customer
work (I'd love to move to jabber and SIP - just time is lacking).
