I'm not quite sure what you're suggesting, but to me it sounds like you
think that companies selling Linux shouldn't be obliged to know anything
about it due to it's perceived market?

Again, the way your post was written makes it hard to tell if you're
attempting to represent CW's likely opinion or your own (or both), but my
dad runs Linux and I can assure you he has no idea what he's doing. As far
as he's concerned, he's using Firefox to check his email and browse, and
using something that looks like Word to write a letter. This is exactly
what the netbook market will be doing. If he needs help, he asks the
person who provided him with Linux (me) and I help him. Paying customers
should expect the same service from their suppliers.
