I've made quite a few of these before, great for handing out at
conferences/lug meets. I was handing them out with F9 on at LugRadio
this year.
If you get a big usb key, you'll have enough space for "persistent
storage" e.g. a bit of space on the usb key that you can store data on
too, so it then becomes a "semi-live" ubs stick, since you can save
files etc.
