Mine was to sort out the phone line from the BT Socket to my ADSL Modem.
Suddenly at a loose end today, I did just that.
My speed went from 1.8Mbits to 3.8Mbits just by moving the Modem from my
Office to the cupboard under the stairs.
I'm also using a Powerline Ethernet connection to my Office so I don't
have to worry about cables.
Browsing is much snappier now.
The downside is that now I'll have to think of something else to do from
the 1st.
