Adam,

I have a stick sat in front of me. On the label it says:-
DDR400(2.5) 512MX16

It came out of a Novatech Barebones system from 2005 vintage. All I am
sure about is that it is 512Mb

If you want it, it is yours. Consider it payback for a machine you
gave to me years ago. :-)
