It is.

I enquired about their 16Mb connection going for a fiver a month and the
router is a 'black box' as far as the customer is concerned. You are
supplied with a password for the wifi component, apparently, although
the sales staff couldn't tell me _anything_ about it (WPA, WPA2,
128-bit, 256-bit, etc.) or the rest of the package for that matter.

Despite the attractive price and the appeal of a faster connection, I
can't help but think that if the service goes down it might be a bit of
an 'Orange' to get it back, i.e. when we're ready and up to two or three
days.

I will stick with AAISP until I hear that Sky can offer a secure and
stable service I think.
