I use thunderbird to filter messages with 'Content-type:
multipart/mixed;' into a Spam-missed folder. By adding other conditions
(i.e. and not this sender or that subject), most of that stuff doesn't
get anywhere near my inbox, and it's very rarely that I encounter false
positives.
