[Hampshire] rsh question

I'm setting up a DRBD 2 server system and plan on using rsh to unmount
the volume on the current primary before moving the primary to the
current secondary.
OOTB, rsh seems to want to use a kerberos authentcated connection. When
that fails, it tries a non kerberos one which works find. Is there
anyway to stop rsh from trying to use kerberos connection? So far all
attempts to do this have failed.
Its is more annoying than anything.
For those who don't know,
DRBD = Disributed Replicated Block Device. Used in clusters.
