Thanks Bob, however I hate assembling hardware and have no real time or
inclination to do so. Experience shows that if I buy parts they will sit
in boxes stashed in some corner, quite possibly until they are obsolete...
If it was half the price I might have considered it (though even then the
kit might end up in boxes for months) but for a saving of 20-30 quid, it
really isn't worth it to me.
Course if some industrious LUG member wants to buy the kit, build and
test it, then sell it on to me (with a year warranty) for 200 quid, they
should contact me off list... but I suspect the margins are too small to
make it worth anybodies time (including mine).
