If second hand is acceptable i picked up a sub
notebook Thinkpad x61 2GHz 2gig of
ram for £100 off SCHTrade. No OS supplied
although it does have a valid XP key sticker.
Scruffy condition but i you dont mind cleaning it they dont
show any wear on the keyboard or mouse keys.
Thinkpads seem to be generally compatible with Linux.
