Whilst looking at the DWN for April I noticed mention of wmacpi being
orphaned.

ACPI battery monitor for WindowMaker

This is a battery monitor that uses ACPI to query the battery status.
This version should work with all recent kernels (vanilla > 2.4.21),
both 2.4.x and 2.6.x.

I installed and ran it on the N160, first off it said:
On Ac Power

so I unplugged the power lead and then it said:
On Battery. Battery CMBO at 377300%; 0:00 remaining

5 minutes later is reports battery at 362800%; 4:06 remaining

Which is the same 'number' that appears in the wmbattery applet.

As it offers no greater functionality than, and isn't a real time
gui applet, like wmbattery it will be purged.
