Take a look at the Debian page about their CD images[1], and (e.g.)
one of their mirrors[2]. The packages are sorted by popularity, so you
will probably only need the first few CDs to get most if not all of
the software you want. Note the first couple of paragraphs of [3]
before you start downloading, though.
