The quality of service you will receive from your ADSL/Cable will depend
on a bunch of stuff including things like the quality of the job the
local telecoms engineer did, how far you are from the exchange, how many
students you have living on your street, how hungover the dude that
wired your house was, which way the wind is blowing...
