I signed up to such a scheme recently (which may or may not have been
it4communities.org.uk). One charity that I responded to had got into
what seemed a nightmare of a web-hosting situation, so I declined. And
another was more straightforward, so I described to them in great detail
what they needed to do to sort out their issues, and have heard nothing
back since.
I haven't had time to have another go.
