Is this something you decided to do or does the software you use do it
by default?
I just noticed that a blog site used by a family member sets a cookie,
I doubt that is something she chose to do. the site uses Google
blogger and there is noting in her blog to tell people cookies are
being set. I also get facebook cookies and I have never
voluntarily visited facebook.
If I haven't knowingly done anything to 'set' cookies how would I
check that my personal site is in fact cookie free?
I find sites that insist on cookies annoying and avoid them if
possible. My browser is set to only accept cookies from sites I visit
and to delete new ones when I exit the browser.
