I spoke to the family member involved yesterday and as I thought she

a) knew nothing about the EU Cookie Law
b) was not aware her blog was using cookies and just used the blogger
software to setup her site

I doubt if she will actually do anything herself to ensure conformity
and probably forgot I even told her about it once she got home.
Children's birthday parties and the like are far more important matters
for young Mums.

I have no intention of registering with blogger myself to see what sort
of information it gives new users about what it is going to do
concerning stuff like setting cookies. Perhaps it should!
