I got a pair of Devolo 200 AV units from Dabs, and they work like a charm,
plug them in and they just work! I'm even converting people at work who have
tried and failed with WiFi before.

I'm told that the Solwise and Devolo units are virtually identical and should
be 100% interoperable. LinkSys also make a device which should interoperate
but I don't know how reliable they interoperate.

The Netgear and D-Link 200 units use another standard (Opera DS2) and are NOT
compatible with the HomePlug AV standard unit from LinkSys, Devolo, ZyXEL and
Solwise.

This would of course be likely to trigger a real constitutional crisis,
but as this Government has done so much to destroy the constitution
already, it seems only reasonable for other people to be allowed to join in.
