Too much like MS Windows for my tastes.

I did seriously consider getting one of the new iMacs, since
it was the perfect form factor for DVD playback and web
browsing. Then I remembered that half my DVD collection
is region 1, and getting regionless playback working on
the Mac was probably more effort than it was worth.
