When it comes to ISPs, I've got a personal preference for ADSL24.
They have UK customer service which tends to be about as good as you get
these days (until their upstream provider gets shirty about something).
Capped during the peak hours, 8AM - midnight, and uncapped from midnight
til 8.

Alternatively, Bethere are nice and reliable as well (I'm using them in
Southampton).
