On my laptop I use a Logitech Wireless Mouse M305 which is tiny
and I find more comfortable than a standard sized mouse I use at
work.

On my desktop I bought a corded Logitech Trackman Wheel from
Amazon, which took a bit of getting use to but I find is much
better than the standard desktop mouse I use to use. It's a
right-handed device which is okay for me but no use if you are a
lefty. As it doesn't move it doesn't matter if it's got or not
got wires.

I would say I use to get back/neck pain and that was the result of
bad desk height at work, which we sort of fixed and the pain went
away. That was nothing to do with mice.

I've found that people who are great at something are not so much
convinced of their own greatness as mystified at why everyone else
seems so incompetent.
