Will,

Try looking at loadlin (you can google for it)
It is a tool to boot linux from within Windows98.
I don't think it can work on ISO images, but you copy the contents of
the CD to the FAT32 windows partition and make sure all the
directories are off the root of the windows FAT32 partition.
